    PCD Law advises on the full suite of tender and project documentation, including New Zealand and Australian standard forms, and bespoke documentation. PCD Law has developed precedents for use across the New Zealand Standard contracts including the recently released NZS 3910:2023. PCD has also developed excellent training workshops.
